1. Personal Information Collected

Kaltoesa Calculator (the "Service") collects the following information. · Annual leave / leave allowance / ordinary wage / severance pay / unemployment benefit / take-home pay calculators: dates, amounts, and other values entered by users are calculated entirely within the user's browser and are never sent to the server. The Service does not collect or store these values. · Contract review feature: employment contract text entered by users is sent to an external AI service (OpenAI) for analysis. This text is not stored in the Service's own database and is not retained on the server after the analysis response is returned. · IP address: a value combining IP address and date is temporarily stored to prevent abuse (excessive repeated requests) of the contract review feature. · Access logs: as part of operating the hosting service (Vercel), access IP, browser information, access time, and similar data may temporarily remain in the form of standard server logs.

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

· Providing calculation and analysis features · Preventing abuse of the contract review feature (automated repeated requests, etc.)

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

· Text entered for contract analysis: discarded immediately after the analysis response is returned and not separately stored. · IP address records for usage limits: automatically deleted 24 hours after being stored. · Other calculator input values: never sent to the server in the first place, so the Service does not retain them.

4. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourced Processing

The Service uses the following external services, and related information may be transmitted to them in the process. · OpenAI (United States): when using the contract review feature, the entered contract text is transmitted for analysis. · Vercel: used for hosting and deploying the Service; standard access-related logs are processed. · Upstash: temporarily stores IP-address-based information to enforce usage limits on the contract review feature. Each service processes information according to its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and Other Automatic Collection Tools

The Service does not currently use separate visitor-tracking tools or cookie-based advertising. If an advertising service (such as Google AdSense) is introduced in the future, cookies may be used, in which case this policy will be revised and disclosed in advance.

6. User Rights

Users may inquire about the status of their information processing at any time, and the Service will respond in good faith within the scope defined by applicable law.
